Comparison review
The Google Pixel 2 XL has an overall score of 82.5, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge's general score of 78.1. Google Pixel 2 XL's design is newer than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge's, but it's heavier and just a little thicker. Google Pixel 2 XL has a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Google Pixel 2 XL also has more processing cores.
Google Pixel 2 XL has a bit sharper screen than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a bit bigger screen, a bit higher 1440 x 2880 resolution and a just a little better pixel amount in each inch of screen. The Galaxy S7 edge has a camera that's just as good as the Google Pixel 2 XL one, because although the Galaxy S7 edge has a back-facing camera with a worse resolution and a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, it also counts with a larger sensor providing a better image quality and a bigger aperture.
The Google Pixel 2 XL features a better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has a little longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 2 XL, because it has a 2% greater battery size.
In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, Google Pixel 2 XL is also very cheap compared to the other ones, which makes it an easy decision.
