Comparison review
The iPhone 8 Plus has a global score of 87.1, which is just a bit better than Google Pixel 3 XL's 80.7 global score. IPhone 8 Plus is an older and a little heavier cellphone than the Google Pixel 3 XL, but Apple managed to build it just a little bit thinner anyway. Google Pixel 3 XL counts with a bit better looking screen than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a greater display pixel density, a much better resolution of 1440 x 2960px and a little bit larger display.
The Apple iPhone 8 Plus features a bit better CPU than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has an inferior number of cores and they are also slower and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits CPU. Apple iPhone 8 Plus takes slightly better videos and photos than Google Pixel 3 XL, although it has a smaller sensor, a lesser megapixels resolution camera in the back and a lower (4K) video resolution, they both have a same size diafragm aperture.
IPhone 8 Plus has a superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has 192 GB more internal storage capacity. The Google Pixel 3 XL has improved battery duration than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a 3430mAh battery size.
Although iPhone 8 Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Pixel 3 XL. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy iPhone 8 Plus, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Google Pixel 3 XL, giving up some specifications.
