The Huawei nova 5T has an overall score of 80.8, which is just a bit better than Google Pixel 3 XL's 80.7 score. The Huawei nova 5T is a just a bit lighter phone than Google Pixel 3 XL, but both have the same thickness. The Huawei nova 5T has a little better processing power than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei nova 5T also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Google Pixel 3 XL has a little sharper screen than Huawei nova 5T, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Google Pixel 3 XL also has a better pixel density and a higher 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution. Huawei nova 5T counts with a much better camera than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have the same video quality, the same diafragm aperture and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Huawei nova 5T also has a much larger back-facing camera sensor taking lot higher quality photos and videos and a way more megapixels back camera.

Although Huawei nova 5T is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 3 XL. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Huawei nova 5T, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel 3 XL, letting go some features and specifications.
