Google Pixel 3 XL is just a bit better than the LG Q8, getting an 80.7 score against 77.2. Google Pixel 3 XL's design has the same thickness than the LG Q8, but it is extremely heavier. The Google Pixel 3 XL has a bit more powerful processing unit than LG Q8, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Google Pixel 3 XL also has a higher number of cores (and also faster).
LG Q8 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit lower 1440 x 2560 resolution, it also counts with a bit more pixels per display inch. LG Q8 has a little bit better camera than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has a smaller sensor shooting worse quality videos and photos, and they both have the same video resolution, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and a same size diafragm aperture, the LG Q8 also counts with a back facing camera with a way higher 16 megapixels resolution.
The LG Q8 features much more storage to install games and applications than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Google Pixel 3 XL has just a bit longer battery life than LG Q8, because it has a 3430mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
