Comparison review
Galaxy Note 3 has a global score of 81.2, which is slightly better than Google Pixel 3 XL's overall score of 80.7. The Galaxy Note 3 is a older and a bit thicker cellphone than the Google Pixel 3 XL, but Samsung could make it just a little bit lighter anyway. The Galaxy Note 3 has a little sharper screen than Google Pixel 3 XL, although it has a way worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, a little smaller screen and a much lower number of pixels in each inch of display.
Galaxy Note 3 counts with a lot bigger memory to install games and applications than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy Note 3 also has an external SD slot that holds up to 64 GB. Google Pixel 3 XL counts with a bit faster processor than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and more RAM.
The Google Pixel 3 XL counts with a little longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 3, because it has 3430mAh of battery capacity. Google Pixel 3 XL has a bit better camera than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a back camera with lesser MP resolution and a worse (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and photos and a larger aperture for better images and video in poorly lited situations.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a better device, it is more expensive than the Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 3 XL. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Google Pixel 3 XL, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
