Comparison review
Galaxy Note 4 has a general score of 81.6, which is slightly better than the Google Pixel 3 XL's general score of 80.7. Galaxy Note 4 is an a lot older and just a bit thicker cellphone than the Google Pixel 3 XL, but Samsung managed to build it just a little lighter anyway. The Galaxy Note 4 has a little sharper display than Google Pixel 3 XL, although it has a bit smaller screen, a bit lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a little less pixels per display inch.
Galaxy Note 4 features a little bit better hardware performance than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and less cpu cores (although faster), it also counts with an extra GPU. Galaxy Note 4 shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has a smaller aperture and a tinier back camera sensor shooting worse quality videos and photos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy Note 4 also counts with a way better 16 megapixels resolution back facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has slightly more storage capacity for applications and games than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 128 GB. The Google Pixel 3 XL counts with a bit better battery life than Galaxy Note 4, because it has 3430mAh of battery capacity against 3220mAh.
Although Galaxy Note 4 is a better device, it costs more money than the Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Pixel 3 XL. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Google Pixel 3 XL, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
