Samsung Galaxy S20 is better than the Google Pixel 3 XL, having a 94.8 score against 80.7. Samsung Galaxy S20 is a lighter phone than Google Pixel 3 XL, but both of them are 0.31inches thick. Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a larger amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a bit better looking display than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch of display and a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels. The Galaxy S20 counts with a much bigger storage to install games and applications than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has a SD extension slot that holds up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage.
Galaxy S20 shoots much better videos and photos than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has a back facing camera with a worse resolution, and they both have a same size camera aperture, the Galaxy S20 also counts with a lot larger sensor shooting much higher quality photos and a way higher 7680x4320 video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 features just a bit better battery life than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3430mAh.
Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 3 XL. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Google Pixel 3 XL, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
