Samsung Galaxy S25 is slightly better than Google Pixel 3 XL, having a overall score of 82.6 against 80.7. Samsung Galaxy S25 is a much lighter and thinner cellphone than Google Pixel 3 XL. The Google Pixel 3 XL counts with a way better performance than Galaxy S25, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores.
Galaxy S25 counts with a sharper screen than Google Pixel 3 XL, although it has a bit less pixels per inch of display, a way worse 1080 x 2340 resolution and a quite smaller display. The Samsung Galaxy S25 takes much clearer photos and videos than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S25 also has a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels, a much better 7680x4320 video definition and a much bigger back-facing camera sensor which provides a much higher image and video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has more internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy S25 counts with a bit superior battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy S25 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 3 XL. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S25, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Google Pixel 3 XL, giving up a couple specifications.
