Comparison review
Galaxy S6 Active is just a bit better than the Google Pixel 3 XL, getting a global score of 80.9 against 80.7. Galaxy S6 Active's design is somewhat thicker but incredibly lighter than Google Pixel 3 XL. The Galaxy S6 Active features a little faster processing unit than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a 64 bits processor and an extra graphics processing unit.
The Galaxy S6 Active counts with a brighter display than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixels quantity in each inch of screen. Google Pixel 3 XL has a better camera than Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 video definition and a way lower resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photos and videos and a larger back-facing camera sensor.
Google Pixel 3 XL features a much bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy S6 Active's battery duration is just as good as Google Pixel 3 XL's battery lifetime, although the Galaxy S6 Active also has 3500mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S6 Active is a better device, it costs more than the Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 3 XL. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Galaxy S6 Active, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Google Pixel 3 XL, resigning some features and specifications.
