Google Pixel 4a 5G has an overall score of 87.5, which is just a bit better than the Google Pixel 3's score of 80. The Google Pixel 4a 5G is a extremely newer phone than Google Pixel 3, although it is somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker. Google Pixel 4a 5G's CPU is just as good as the processor in Google Pixel 3, and although the Google Pixel 4a 5G has a higher amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Google Pixel 3 features a slightly better screen than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2160, it also counts with a bit higher pixel amount per inch of display. The Google Pixel 4a 5G captures clearer photographs and videos than Google Pixel 3, and although they both have a camera with a 12.2 mega-pixels resolution, the same back camera sensor size and the same video resolution, the Google Pixel 4a 5G also has a larger diafragm aperture for better low light images and video and better video frame rates.
The Google Pixel 4a 5G counts with a much bigger storage for apps and games than Google Pixel 3, because it has 128 GB internal storage. Google Pixel 4a 5G has superior battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3, because it has a 33% more battery size.
Although Google Pixel 4a 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Google Pixel 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel 3. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Google Pixel 4a 5G, else you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel 3, resigning some features and specs.
