Huawei Mate X is better than the Google Pixel 3, getting a general score of 89.4 against 80. Even though the Huawei Mate X is newer than the Google Pixel 3, it is notably heavier and a lot thicker. Huawei Mate X has a screen that's just as good as the Google Pixel 3 one, because although the Huawei Mate X has a little less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a much better 2200 x 2480 resolution and a much bigger screen.
Huawei Mate X features a bit better processing unit than Google Pixel 3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate X also has a larger amount of RAM. Huawei Mate X counts with a superior storage for apps and games than Google Pixel 3, because it has 448 GB more internal memory capacity.
Huawei Mate X counts with a superior battery duration than Google Pixel 3, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 2915mAh. The Google Pixel 3 captures clearer videos and photos than Huawei Mate X, although it has a way less MP resolution camera in the back and a lot smaller back camera sensor capturing less light and washed colors, they both have a F1.8 aperture.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Google Pixel 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Pixel 3. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Google Pixel 3, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
