The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 takes slightly better photos and videos than Google Pixel 3, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low light photos and videos and a smaller back-facing camera sensor offering a lower image quality, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 also counts with a back camera with a way better 16 megapixels resolution.

Galaxy Note 4 features a bit bigger memory to store more games and applications than Google Pixel 3, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB. The Galaxy Note 4 features a bit better battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3, because it has 3220mAh of battery capacity against 2915mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Pixel 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 3. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 4, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel 3, letting go a couple features and specs.
