Comparison review
Google Pixel 3 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note7, having a global score of 80 against 79.5. Google Pixel 3's construction has the same thickness than Galaxy Note7, but it's somewhat lighter. The Google Pixel 3 features a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note7, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Google Pixel 3 also has a higher number of faster cores.
The Galaxy Note7 has a little bit better display than Google Pixel 3, because it has a bit larger screen, a quite greater display density and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution. Google Pixel 3 shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note7, because although it has a smaller sensor giving a lower image quality and a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Google Pixel 3 also counts with a back camera with more megapixels.
Galaxy Note7 has a superior storage capacity for apps and games than Google Pixel 3, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Galaxy Note7 also has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB. Samsung Galaxy Note7 counts with longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3, because it has a 20% bigger battery capacity.
