Comparison review

The Galaxy Note8 is a little bit better than Google Pixel 3, having a global score of 83 against 80. Although it's the best phone we compare here, the Galaxy Note8 body is older, just a bit thicker and much heavier than Google Pixel 3. Galaxy Note8 has a bit sharper screen than Google Pixel 3, because it has a bit bigger display, a quite greater display density and a higher 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution.

Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Google Pixel 3, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Note8 also has an external SD slot that holds up to 256 GB. The Galaxy Note8 features a CPU that is just as good as Google Pixel 3's processor, and although the Galaxy Note8 has more RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.

The Galaxy Note8's camera is very similar to Google Pixel 3's camera, because although the Galaxy Note8 has a camera in the back with less megapixels resolution and a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, and they both have a 0.39 inches sensor, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to take better captures in low light situations.

The Galaxy Note8 has a little longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Note8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Pixel 3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Pixel 3. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Note8, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel 3, resigning a couple specifications.
