Galaxy S20 is much better than the Google Pixel 3, having a global score of 94.8 against 80. Galaxy S20 is a a little heavier phone than the Google Pixel 3, but they have the same thickness. The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a slightly better display than Google Pixel 3, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200, a little larger display and a better display pixels density.
Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a much bigger memory for games and applications than Google Pixel 3, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a bit faster processor than Google Pixel 3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has more RAM memory.
Galaxy S20 has a much longer battery performance than Google Pixel 3, because it has a 4000mAh battery size. Galaxy S20 has a much better camera than Google Pixel 3, because although it has a back facing camera with a worse 12 mega pixels resolution, and they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy S20 also counts with a much bigger sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and pictures and a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
