Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is much better than Google Pixel 3, having a overall score of 98.1 against 80. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra design is noticeably newer, but way heavier and thicker than the Google Pixel 3. The Galaxy S21 Ultra has just a bit better processing power than Google Pixel 3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a higher amount of RAM.
Galaxy S21 Ultra has a better looking display than Google Pixel 3, because it has a bigger display, a better 1440 x 3200 resolution and a little higher pixel density. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a way bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 3, because it has 128 GB internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a superior battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a way better camera than Google Pixel 3, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a much better video quality, a much larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back camera with a lot higher resolution.
Although Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Pixel 3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Pixel 3. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy S21 Ultra, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Google Pixel 3, giving up some features and specifications.
