Comparison review
Galaxy S6 Active is just a bit better than Google Pixel 3, getting an 80.9 score against 80. Galaxy S6 Active is a noticeably lighter but thicker cellphone than Google Pixel 3. The Galaxy S6 Active counts with just a little better performance than Google Pixel 3, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a 64 bits processor.
The Galaxy S6 Active has a brighter display than Google Pixel 3, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a greater display density. Google Pixel 3 has a much bigger memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy S6 Active features better battery life than Google Pixel 3, because it has a 3500mAh battery size against 2915mAh. The Google Pixel 3 has a superior camera than Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a lot less mega pixels camera in the back and a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better captures and videos in low-light environments and a larger camera sensor.
Although Galaxy S6 Active is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Pixel 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 3.
