Comparison review

Sony Xperia 1 has a global score of 82.6, which is a little bit better than Google Pixel 3's global score of 80. Although it's the best cellphone we are comparing here, Sony Xperia 1 is a somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker cellphone than the Google Pixel 3. Xperia 1 has a bit better performance than Google Pixel 3, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xperia 1 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.

Sony Xperia 1 features a sharper screen than Google Pixel 3, because it has a way better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels, a greater screen pixels density and a bigger display. Xperia 1 has much more storage for games and applications than Google Pixel 3, because it has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity.

The Sony Xperia 1 has just a little better battery performance than Google Pixel 3, because it has a 3330mAh battery size. Xperia 1 has a camera that is just as good as Google Pixel 3's camera, because although the Xperia 1 has a worse (4K) video quality, a tinier sensor providing a lower image quality and a camera with a worse resolution, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture.

Although Sony Xperia 1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Google Pixel 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 3. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Sony Xperia 1, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel 3, resigning some features and specifications.
