The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a little bit better than Google Pixel 3a XL, having a score of 81.6 against 78.9. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is an extremely older, just a bit thicker and a bit heavier cellphone than Google Pixel 3a XL. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has an older 5.0 version and Google Pixel 3a XL has Android 11 version.
Galaxy Note 4 features a bit superior CPU than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor.
