Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a lot better than the Google Pixel 3a XL, having a 98.1 score against 78.9. Even though the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is newer than Google Pixel 3a XL, it is heavier and just a bit thicker. Both of these devices use the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra features a much sharper screen than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a better screen pixel density, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a little bigger display. Galaxy S21 Ultra has a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has 128 GB internal storage.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with just a little better hardware performance than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
