The Galaxy Z Fold 2 is much better than Google Pixel 3a XL, having a score of 94.6 against 78.9. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a newer and thinner phone than Google Pixel 3a XL, although it's much heavier. Both of these phones use the same Android 11 OS. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a little sharper display than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a little lower screen pixel density, it also counts with a better resolution of 1768 x 2208 and a bigger screen.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 features a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a little bit better processing power than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a slightly better camera than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a back facing camera with lesser MP and a worse video resolution, and they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also counts with a lot bigger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with greater battery performance than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Google Pixel 3a XL, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Pixel 3a XL. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel 3a XL, resigning a couple features and specifications.
