Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 10T is much better than Google Pixel 3a XL, with an 87.9 score against 78.9. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi 10T has an older 10 version while Google Pixel 3a XL has Android 11. Although the Xiaomi Mi 10T is newer than Google Pixel 3a XL, it's much heavier and somewhat thicker.
Xiaomi Mi 10T counts with just a bit better processing power than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Mi 10T also has more RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi 10T has just a bit better looking screen than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a quite worse pixels density, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little larger screen.
