Comparison review
The Google Pixel 3a XL has a global score of 78.9, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Poco M3's 78.2 global score. The Google Pixel 3a XL is an older device than the Xiaomi Poco M3, but it's lighter and thinner anyway. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Pixel 3a XL has the newer 11 version and Xiaomi Poco M3 has Android 10 version, providing the user a couple additional features.
Xiaomi Poco M3 has a processing unit that's just as good as Google Pixel 3a XL's processor, both of them have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM. Xiaomi Poco M3 has a display that's just as good as the display in Google Pixel 3a XL, because although the Xiaomi Poco M3 has a just a little lower pixels number in each inch in the screen, it also counts with a bit larger screen and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2340.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a same size camera aperture, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a much bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing much better quality videos and pictures and a back-facing camera with a lot better 48 mega pixels resolution.
Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a lot bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has an external memory card slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a much better battery performance than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Google Pixel 3a XL is a better device, it is a little more expensive than Xiaomi Poco M3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Poco M3. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Poco M3, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
