Comparison review
The Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC has a general score of 81.6, which is a little bit better than the Google Pixel 3a XL's 78.9 general score. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC has an older 10 version and Google Pixel 3a XL has Android 11 version. The Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC design is newer than the Google Pixel 3a XL's, but it's extremely heavier and somewhat thicker.
The Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC has a bit faster processing unit than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC features a lot better camera than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light photos and videos, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC also counts with a way larger back-facing camera sensor capturing much higher quality photographs and a way higher resolution back-facing camera.
