Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro is a bit better than Google Pixel 3a XL, with a general score of 82.4 against 78.9. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro body has the same thickness than Google Pixel 3a XL, but it's somewhat heavier. Both of these phones include the same Android 11 operating system, so both of them should give you very similar OS features.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro features a little faster processor than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro also has more RAM memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro has a better display than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a little larger screen and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro counts with a superior storage for apps and games than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro features a very superior camera than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for capturing photos or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro also counts with a way better 108 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.

Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Pixel 3a XL, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 3a XL. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Google Pixel 3a XL, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
