Comparison review
The Google Pixel 4a is slightly better than the Google Pixel 3a, with an 82.9 score against 78.8. The Google Pixel 4a is a a little lighter phone than the Google Pixel 3a, but both of them are 0.32inches thick. These devices have the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that.
Google Pixel 4a counts with a bit sharper display than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a bit higher 1080 x 2340px resolution, a little more pixels per inch of screen and a bit larger display. The Google Pixel 4a has a bit better CPU than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Google Pixel 4a also has more RAM.
Google Pixel 4a's camera is very similar to the camera in Google Pixel 3a, and although the Google Pixel 4a has a larger aperture for better captures and videos in poorly lited environments, they both have the same video frame rates, the same sensor size, the same video quality and a camera in the back with a 12.2 mega-pixels resolution.

Although Google Pixel 4a is a better device, it costs a lot more than Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 3a. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Google Pixel 4a, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel 3a, letting go some features and specifications.
