Comparison review
The Google Pixel 5 has a score of 89, which is much better than Google Pixel 3a's 78.8 general score. Google Pixel 5's body is newer and just a little bit thinner, but just a little heavier than the Google Pixel 3a. The Google Pixel 5 has just a bit better performance than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Google Pixel 5 also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Google Pixel 3a and the Google Pixel 5 count with quite similar screens, because although the Google Pixel 5 has a bit less pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a bit larger display. Google Pixel 5 features a bit better camera than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have a 0.39 inches back camera sensor, a same resolution back camera and the same (4K) video quality, the Google Pixel 5 also has better 60 fps video frame rates and a larger aperture for better photos in low light situations.
Google Pixel 5 counts with much more storage for apps and games than Google Pixel 3a, because it has more internal storage. The Google Pixel 5 has a much better battery performance than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 4080mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Google Pixel 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 3a. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Google Pixel 5, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Google Pixel 3a, giving up a couple features and specifications.
