Comparison review
Huawei P30 has a general score of 81.7, which is a little bit better than the Google Pixel 3a's 78.8 general score. The Huawei P30 construction is somewhat heavier but a little thinner than the Google Pixel 3a, and both of them were released with only a couple months difference. Both phones we compare here use Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P30 has an older 10 version while Google Pixel 3a has Android 11.
Huawei P30 has a screen that is very similar to Google Pixel 3a's display, because although the Huawei P30 has a little bit inferior number of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a bit bigger screen and a bit higher 1080 x 2340 resolution. The Huawei P30 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei P30 also has 2 GB more RAM.
Huawei P30 features a superior camera than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Huawei P30 also has a back facing camera with a much better 40 mega-pixels resolution and a way bigger back camera sensor capturing lot better quality photographs and videos.
Huawei P30 counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei P30 has better battery duration than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 3650mAh of battery capacity.
Although Huawei P30 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 3a. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Huawei P30, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel 3a, letting go a couple specs and features.
