Moto G8 Power features much more memory capacity to install games and applications than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Moto G8 Power also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 512 GB.

The Motorola Moto G8 Power has a slightly better camera than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has a tinier sensor which offers a lower photo and video quality, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video quality, the Motorola Moto G8 Power also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better photography and video in poorly lited environments and a camera in the back with a lot higher 16 MP resolution.

The Google Pixel 3a is not only the best devices in this comparison, but it's also a bargain compared to the other ones, making it an easy decision.
