Samsung Galaxy Fold has a general score of 97.6, which is way better than Google Pixel 3a's 78.8 overall score. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Fold has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Google Pixel 3a has Android 11 version, so it gives you lots of additional features and better performance. The Samsung Galaxy Fold design is thinner but notably heavier than Google Pixel 3a, and both of them were released with only a few months difference.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with a bit better hardware performance than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Google Pixel 3a counts with a little bit better looking display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a much smaller display and a little bit lower 1080 x 2220px resolution, it also counts with a quite greater pixels quantity in each inch in the screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold has a superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a, because it has more internal memory capacity. Galaxy Fold counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a 4380mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.
The Galaxy Fold features just a bit better camera than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a lower resolution back facing camera, and they both have the same sensor size, the Galaxy Fold also counts with a bigger aperture for better low-light images and videos.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 3a. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Fold, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Google Pixel 3a, giving up some features and specifications.
