Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a little bit better than Google Pixel 3a, with a global score of 81.2 against 78.8. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has older 5.0 version and Google Pixel 3a has Android 11 version. Even being the best we compare here, we must note that it's also an a lot older, just a bit thicker and heavier device.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a bit sharper screen than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has a little lower pixel density and a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it also counts with a quite larger display. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a bit faster processor than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has 1 GB less RAM and less cpu cores (although faster), it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.
The Google Pixel 3a features just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a lower resolution camera and a worse video resolution, it also counts with a larger camera aperture and a bigger sensor capturing higher quality pictures. Galaxy Note 3 has a superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Galaxy Note 3 also has an external SD slot that holds up to 64 GB.
The Galaxy Note 3 counts with just a little better battery life than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Pixel 3a. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel 3a, resigning a couple features and specs.
