Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is slightly better than the Google Pixel 3a, with a overall score of 80.4 against 78.8. The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is an older and somewhat heavier device than Google Pixel 3a, but Samsung made it just a bit thinner anyway. The Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a little bit better hardware performance than Google Pixel 3a. Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 4 GB RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with a bit sharper display than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a quite greater pixels density, a quite larger display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a much bigger memory to install games and applications than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition also has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 256 GB.
Google Pixel 3a features a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller aperture and a tinier sensor which gives a worse image and video quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Google Pixel 3a also counts with a better resolution back-facing camera.
The Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a little longer battery performance than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Pixel 3a. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, else you can save some dollars and get the Google Pixel 3a, giving up a couple specifications.
