Galaxy Note7 is slightly better than the Google Pixel 3a, with a 79.5 score against 78.8. Even though the Galaxy Note7 is notably older and somewhat heavier than Google Pixel 3a, it's design is still a bit thinner. Galaxy Note7 features a bit better screen than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a bit bigger display, a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a bit better number of pixels per inch of display.
Galaxy Note7 features a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Galaxy Note7 also has a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 256 GB. Google Pixel 3a has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note7, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Google Pixel 3a also has 4 more processing cores (although they are slower).
The Google Pixel 3a takes a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy Note7, because although it has a smaller camera sensor providing a worse image quality and a tinier aperture which is not favorable for capturing photos and/or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Google Pixel 3a also counts with a higher resolution camera.
Samsung Galaxy Note7 counts with a bit superior battery duration than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
