Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is way better than Google Pixel 3a's global score of 78.8. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 has 13 version while Google Pixel 3a has Android 11 version, providing you lots of additional features and performance tweaks. Even though Galaxy S20 is somewhat heavier than Google Pixel 3a, it's a bit thinner and also newer.
Galaxy S20 features a little bit better performance than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a little sharper screen than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200, a little larger screen and a better screen pixels density.
Galaxy S20 counts with a better camera than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has a lesser megapixels resolution camera, and they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy S20 also counts with a much higher video resolution and a much larger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality. The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 64 GB more internal memory and a SD memory slot that admits up to 1000 GB.
Galaxy S20 counts with superior battery duration than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel 3a. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Google Pixel 3a, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
