Galaxy S22 is better than Google Pixel 3a, having a overall score of 93.4 against 78.8. The Galaxy S22 design is newer and a bit thinner, but also heavier than Google Pixel 3a. Both phones in this comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S22 has newer 13 version and Google Pixel 3a has Android 11, so it provides the user some nice extra features and performance enhancements.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 counts with a little better hardware performance than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S22 also has a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy S22 counts with a sharper display than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has a little less pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little bit bigger display.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 features a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy S22 counts with a lot better camera than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the Galaxy S22 also has a way bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a lot better 7680x4320 video definition and a camera with a way higher 50 megapixels resolution.
Galaxy S22 counts with longer battery performance than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a 3700mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy S22 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel 3a. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S22, else you can save some dollars and get the Google Pixel 3a, letting go a couple specs and features.
