The Xperia 5 III has a general score of 90.5, which is better than the Google Pixel 3a's general score of 78.8. Both of these devices have the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect. The Xperia 5 III is a somewhat heavier phone than Google Pixel 3a, but both of them are 0.32inches thick.
