Comparison review
Google Pixel 3a is a little bit better than Xiaomi Poco M3, getting a 78.8 score against 78.2. Although Google Pixel 3a is older than the Xiaomi Poco M3, it's construction is somewhat thinner and noticeably lighter. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS, but the Google Pixel 3a has a newer 11 version and Xiaomi Poco M3 has Android 10 version.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 and Google Pixel 3a have really similar CPUs, they have 8 cpu cores and the same RAM memory amount. The Google Pixel 3a features a slightly better screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a little worse 1080 x 2220 resolution and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little bit greater pixel density.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 has a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a SD extension slot that supports up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Poco M3 features a much longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a 6000mAh battery size.
Xiaomi Poco M3 has a much better camera than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have the same video definition, the same 30 fps video frame rate and a same size aperture, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a camera with a lot better 48 mega pixels resolution and a way larger back-facing camera sensor which provides a way higher photo and video quality.
Although Google Pixel 3a is a better device, it costs more than Xiaomi Poco M3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Poco M3. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Google Pixel 3a, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Poco M3, giving up a couple specs and features.
