Comparison review
The Google Pixel 4 XL has a general score of 82.9, which is a bit better than Google Pixel 3a's overall score of 78.8. Google Pixel 4 XL's construction has the same thickness than Google Pixel 3a, but it is way heavier. Google Pixel 4 XL counts with a bit sharper screen than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a just a little better screen density, a better resolution of 1440 x 3040 pixels and a quite bigger screen.
Google Pixel 4 XL features a bit better processor than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Google Pixel 4 XL also has a larger amount of RAM. The Google Pixel 3a's memory capacity for games and applications is just as good as the Google Pixel 4 XL one, they have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity.
Google Pixel 4 XL has improved battery duration than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity. Google Pixel 4 XL and Google Pixel 3a feature extremely similar cameras, and although the Google Pixel 3a has a smaller aperture which is not good for capturing photos or video in poorly lited environments, they both have the same video quality, a same size camera sensor, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and a 12.2 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.
Although Google Pixel 4 XL is a better device, it costs a lot more than Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Pixel 3a. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Google Pixel 3a, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
