Comparison review
Google Pixel 4 XL is a bit better than the Huawei P40 Lite, with an 82.9 score against 79.5. The Google Pixel 4 XL body is a little thinner but a little bit heavier than the Huawei P40 Lite, and both of them were released only a couple months apart. Google Pixel 4 XL has just a little better performance than Huawei P40 Lite. They have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores.
The Google Pixel 4 XL features just a bit better looking display than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a greater display pixel density and a better 1440 x 3040 resolution. Huawei P40 Lite counts with a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Huawei P40 Lite features just a bit longer battery life than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has a 14 percent more battery size. Huawei P40 Lite takes much clearer pictures and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Huawei P40 Lite also counts with a way higher resolution camera and a way larger camera sensor.
Although Google Pixel 4 XL is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei P40 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei P40 Lite. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Google Pixel 4 XL, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Huawei P40 Lite, letting go a couple features and specs.
