Comparison review
The Google Pixel 4 XL is slightly better than Galaxy Note 4, having a global score of 82.9 against 81.6. The Google Pixel 4 XL construction is notably newer and just a little thinner, but just a bit heavier than the Galaxy Note 4. Google Pixel 4 XL counts with a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with more processing cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features a slightly better screen than Google Pixel 4 XL, although it has a quite smaller display, a bit lower pixels density and a bit worse 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution. The Galaxy Note 4 counts with slightly more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 128 GB.
The Google Pixel 4 XL has just a bit better battery performance than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 15 percent greater battery capacity. The Galaxy Note 4 features a bit better camera than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor capturing worse quality images and a way smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy Note 4 also counts with a back-facing camera with much more MP.
Although Google Pixel 4 XL is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Note 4. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get Galaxy Note 4, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
