The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is much better than Google Pixel 4 XL, with a general score of 98.1 against 82.9. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a newer device than Google Pixel 4 XL, but it's a bit thicker and heavier. Galaxy S21 Ultra has a bit more powerful CPU than Google Pixel 4 XL, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a much better screen than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a little bit worse pixel density, it also counts with a little bit larger display and a little higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels.
