Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has a global score of 88.5, which is just a bit better than the Google Pixel 4 XL's 82.9 overall score. Although the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip and Google Pixel 4 XL were released with only a few months difference, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is a little lighter and somewhat thinner.
The Google Pixel 4 XL has a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 3040 pixels and more pixels per inch of display. Galaxy Z Flip has a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has 256 GB internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has just a little better hardware performance than Google Pixel 4 XL, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Z Flip shoots a bit better videos and photos than Google Pixel 4 XL, although it has a worse 3840x2160 video resolution, a back facing camera with less megapixels and a smaller camera aperture, they both have a 0.39 inches back camera sensor.
The Google Pixel 4 XL features a bit better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because it has a 3700mAh battery size against 3300mAh.
Although Galaxy Z Flip is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Pixel 4 XL, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 4 XL. If you want to save some money, you can buy Google Pixel 4 XL, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
