Comparison review
Xperia 1 VI has a general score of 83.2, which is a bit better than Google Pixel 4 XL's 82.9 general score. Xperia 1 VI's design is noticeably thinner and extremely lighter than Google Pixel 4 XL. Google Pixel 4 XL features a slightly better screen than Sony Xperia 1 VI, although it has a bit smaller display, a just a bit worse pixels count per display inch and a quite lower 1440 x 3040 resolution.
Google Pixel 4 XL features a much more powerful CPU than Xperia 1 VI, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Xperia 1 VI counts with a much better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1 TB and 192 GB more internal memory.
Xperia 1 VI features a much better camera than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for low light photos and video, and they both have the same video resolution, the Xperia 1 VI also counts with better video frame rate, a way larger sensor capturing way better quality videos and pictures and a lot better resolution camera.
The Sony Xperia 1 VI has superior battery performance than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 3700mAh.
