Xperia PRO-I has a general score of 96.3, which is better than Google Pixel 4 XL's 82.9 global score. The Xperia PRO-I design is newer, but somewhat heavier and a little thicker than the Google Pixel 4 XL. The Sony Xperia PRO-I has a bit better processor than Google Pixel 4 XL, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Sony Xperia PRO-I also has a greater amount of RAM.

Xperia PRO-I has just a bit better screen than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has a better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels, a little better number of pixels per display inch and a quite larger display. Xperia PRO-I shoots a bit better videos and photos than Google Pixel 4 XL, although it has a lower (4K) video quality, a smaller aperture, a tinier sensor shooting lower quality photos and videos and a back-facing camera with a worse 12 MP resolution.

Xperia PRO-I features a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB and more internal storage capacity. The Sony Xperia PRO-I features greater battery life than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 3700mAh.
