Comparison review
The Google Pixel 4 XL is a bit better than the Xperia XZ2 Premium, getting an 82.9 score against 82.2. The Google Pixel 4 XL construction is newer, incredibly thinner and lighter than the Xperia XZ2 Premium. The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a processing unit that's very similar to the processor in Google Pixel 4 XL, they have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium features a brighter display than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 2160 x 3840 resolution and a higher pixels number per inch in the screen. Xperia XZ2 Premium features a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Google Pixel 4 XL, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has an external memory slot that holds up to 400 GB.
Google Pixel 4 XL features a bit better battery life than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a 5 percent greater battery capacity. Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with just a bit better camera than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also counts with a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution and a larger sensor which provides a higher image and video quality.
Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the Google Pixel 4 XL is also a bargain compared to others, making this phone an obvious call.
