IPhone 13 is better than Google Pixel 4, getting a 91.5 score against 81.9. Even though the iPhone 13 is just a little heavier than Google Pixel 4, it's just a little thinner and newer. IPhone 13 features a superior processing power than Google Pixel 4, because although it has a lower number of cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit.
The Apple iPhone 13 counts with a more vivid screen than Google Pixel 4, because it has a little higher 1170 x 2532px resolution, a little better pixel amount in each screen inch and a little bit larger screen. IPhone 13 counts with a slightly better camera than Google Pixel 4, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a lesser mega-pixels resolution camera, it also counts with a larger aperture to capture better low light photos.
IPhone 13 counts with much more memory capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 4, because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity. IPhone 13 counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Google Pixel 4, because it has 3227mAh of battery capacity.
Although Apple iPhone 13 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Pixel 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 4. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Apple iPhone 13, else you can save some dollars and get the Google Pixel 4, letting go a couple features and specifications.
