The Huawei Mate X counts with a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Google Pixel 4, because it has 512 GB internal storage. Google Pixel 4 features a little better performance than Huawei Mate X, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Google Pixel 4 takes a bit better videos and photos than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a way tinier sensor which gives a much lower image and video quality and a camera with a much worse 12.2 MP resolution, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture.
The Huawei Mate X counts with a superior battery life than Google Pixel 4, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 2800mAh.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Google Pixel 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 4. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Huawei Mate X, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Google Pixel 4, letting go a couple specifications.
