Samsung Galaxy S25 has a general score of 82.6, which is slightly better than the Google Pixel 4's global score of 81.9. Samsung Galaxy S25 is a noticeably lighter and way thinner phone than Google Pixel 4. Galaxy S25 features a more vivid screen than Google Pixel 4, because although it has a little bit worse pixels density, it also counts with a bit larger display and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.
Google Pixel 4 counts with a much better performance than Samsung Galaxy S25, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Galaxy S25 shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Google Pixel 4, because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a camera with a lot better 50 megapixels resolution, a much higher video resolution and a way larger back-facing camera sensor providing a way better image quality.

Although Samsung Galaxy S25 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Google Pixel 4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Pixel 4. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Google Pixel 4, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
