Comparison review
The Google Pixel 4 is a bit better than the Xiaomi Poco M3, getting a score of 81.9 against 78.2. Even though Google Pixel 4 is older than the Xiaomi Poco M3, it's construction is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner. Google Pixel 4 features a little sharper display than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher pixels number per inch of display.
Xiaomi Poco M3 features much more storage for games and applications than Google Pixel 4, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Google Pixel 4 counts with a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Google Pixel 4 also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 features a superior camera than Google Pixel 4, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also counts with a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution and a much larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a much higher image and video quality.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a much better battery life than Google Pixel 4, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.
Although Google Pixel 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Poco M3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Poco M3. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Google Pixel 4, else you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Poco M3, giving up some specifications.
