Comparison review
Google Pixel 4a 5G is a bit better than Huawei Mate 30, with an 87.5 score against 84. Google Pixel 4a 5G is a newer phone, and it's also somewhat lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Huawei Mate 30. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but Google Pixel 4a 5G has a newer 11 version while Huawei Mate 30 has Android 10 version, so it gives some additional features.
Google Pixel 4a 5G has a little more vivid display than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Google Pixel 4a 5G also counts with a just a little higher pixel count per inch of display. Huawei Mate 30 features as much storage to store more apps and games as the Google Pixel 4a 5G, both have the same internal memory.
The Huawei Mate 30 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Google Pixel 4a 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 30 also has more RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 30 counts with a bit superior battery performance than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because it has an 8 percent bigger battery capacity.
The Huawei Mate 30 takes much clearer photos and videos than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for low light photography and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Huawei Mate 30 also counts with a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels and a way larger sensor capturing way better quality photographs and videos.
